pineapples!

This is so true!
Pineapples are a girl's best friend, fruit actually according to tumblr. Now I know why.

Pineapples are not just pretty, but are healthy too.

The Benefits of pineapples

Pineapples are a good source of Vitamin C, which helps your immune system. Vitamin C is required for the collagen synthesis in the body. Collagen is the main structural protein in the body required for maintaining the integrity of blood vessels, skin, organs, and bones. Vitamin C keeps you healthy. Its gives the little soldiers in your body power to fight against sickness, so to sum it up it keeps you healthy. Vitamin C prevents coughs and colds. Pineapples are fat free and high in sugar. More or less 89g sugar per pineapple. Remember this is natural sugar and not human made custom sugar. This means sugars in fruit and sweets aren't the same thing. Natural sugar are good for you, but remember too many of anything are not good for your body. The best time to eat fruit is in the morning or during the day, but not at night. During the day you need energy. Energy comes from sugar. Natural sugar have a low GI while custom sugar doesn't. If you eat fruit at night you don't use all the energy that came from the pineapples. Your body stores unused energy as fat. This is one of the method to gain a bit weight unless you go for a intense workout like jumping rope that burn all the kilojoules. Pineapples contains bromelian, an enzyme that helps for arthritis pain by easing inflammation. Bromelian also digest food by breaking down protein. Pineapples are rich in dietary fibre like pectin and contains no saturated fat and cholesterol.

Interesting facts:
  1. This isn't a myth. Historically, Hawaii are the world's largest producers of pineapples.
  2. Christopher Columbus discovered pineapples in 1493 in the Caribbean.
  3. A pineapple is the result of many flowers whose fruit lets have joined around the core.
  4. For a juicer and softer pineapple as result, keep it for 1 or 2 days at room temperature before cutting.
  5. Pineapples strengthen your bones and keeps your gums healthy. (good source of calcium)
  6. Pineapples are basically fat free 1,1g fat per pineapple.
  7. Fresh pineapples are low in calories.
Pineapples are tasty fresh, but if you are not a big fan try it in smoothies.
After I did all of my research, I will definitely eat more pineapples. Will you?

first 4D dress ever!

Can you believe it.
The very first 4D dress has arrived, although it takes 48 hours and costs £1,900 to make, which  features 2,279 printed panels interconnected by 3,316 hinges. That is a lot.

US Design Studio used 3D printing technology to create the first dress with a printer.

Personally, I never thought technology inventions would go this far.

The dress is printed using a process called Selective Laser Sintering that uses a laser to fuse together nylon powder, leaving unmelted powder in between all of the gap spaces. The company has created their own smartphone app to help user to change the style, pattern and flexibility of the dress. Body scanning, new design and fabrication techniques are possibilities in this direction. The founders believe this is the future of fashion.

Here is a quick video that explains everything and how the proses works.

Let this give you hope that fashion will never fade. It only gets better.

TRIANGL Bikinis

TRIANGL bikinis

sooo the internet are flooded with this beautiful neoprene swimwear.
tumblr, weheartit, instagram...

This bikini brand is one for fashion books and its surely staying there a long period of time.

Many girls all over the world are buying of actually ordering this wonderful brand.

Why TRIANGL?

TRAINGL is an Australian brand. by Well, what makes this brand so special is that it is the only bikini brand that uses neoprene material to make their bikinis. I have one myself. For you guys who didn't know, neoprene is wetsuit material. Neoprene is amazing, cause its a tight fit and the material wouldn't stretch after a few times in the water. Personally I think it is probably the most comfortable swimsuit I've EVER worn in my entire life. Just like a wetsuit, you need to wash or clean your bikini after a swim. Of course, those of you who are trendy and mainstream, this is the number one item on your summer wish list or even on your Christmas wish list. OMW its almost Christmas. Yeah tell no beg your parents for this trendy swimwear. This is a trend you don't want to miss. Fashion blogger, Kristine Ullebo and Caroline Roxy both own a pair or two. This trend is big under the celebs and fashion bloggers.

TRIANGL have 6 amazing ranges or styles:

     1. Bambi

The Bambi is TRIANGL newest or latest arrival and is divine!

 $79 US

2. Chloe

  $79 US

3. Winnie

$79 US

4. Poppy

$89 US

5. Milly

$89 US

6.  Penny

 $79 US

The Poppy and the Milly are both $89, $10 more expensive then the other because it comes in a cute box while the others come in a cute neoprene string bag. The reason for this is that Poppy and Milly doesn't get damaged, because both the bikinis have build in cups (padding) . The others doesn't have any padding or build in cups. Don't worry, neoprene is very thick, so nothing will shine through.

Where can I find TRIANGL?

Unfortunately, TRIANGL doesn't have legit shops. You can only buy it via their website.

The website are excellent. There are a sizing chart and even a live chat. I would recommend you to use the live chat. You can literally asked them anything about triangl, what size to get, etc. You can even give them your measurements and their help and response are excellent. The shipping is a flat rate of $20 US.

The sizes of the bikinis are quite accurate.
* TIP: stick to your normal size.
The bottoms are quite small, so if you to cover your whole butt and don't want any butt cleavage, I would recommend to go a size bigger. I am a size 2 US and according to the sizing chart, I'm a XS, but I did my research after reading tons of reviews and youtube videos, I went a size bigger (got a S) and it still fits perfect. The tops, go with your normal size. If you are an in between size, go a size bigger, but if you are more of a cleavage girl, take the smaller size.

There are many companies who copied this design due the popularity for cheaper the price, etc. and the shipping are quite expensive.
I prefer to buy the original, although the shipping are expensive, but it is worth it.
Rather be worthy like diamonds, than fake like plastic.

Order yours now and be part of a trend you don't want to miss.
