Can you believe it.
The very first 4D dress has arrived, although it takes 48 hours and costs £1,900 to make, which features 2,279 printed panels interconnected by 3,316 hinges. That is a lot.
US Design Studio used 3D printing technology to create the first dress with a printer.
Personally, I never thought technology inventions would go this far.

The dress is printed using a process called Selective Laser Sintering that uses a laser to fuse together nylon powder, leaving unmelted powder in between all of the gap spaces. The company has created their own smartphone app to help user to change the style, pattern and flexibility of the dress. Body scanning, new design and fabrication techniques are possibilities in this direction. The founders believe this is the future of fashion.
Here is a quick video that explains everything and how the proses works.
Let this give you hope that fashion will never fade. It only gets better.
